- Property owners are responsible for the accuracy of their listings. AGEMCStay does not guarantee the availability, condition, or pricing of any property.
- We reserve the right to remove or edit any listing that violates our policies.
3. Bookings and Payments
- Bookings are requests; final confirmation depends on property owner acceptance and availability.
- Any advance payments are made directly to the property owner or through our secure payment gateway (if enabled). AGEMCStay is not responsible for refunds or disputes between tenants and owners.
4. User Accounts
- Users must provide accurate information and keep their login credentials secure.
- You are responsible for all activities under your account.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Posting false or misleading information.
- Harassing or abusing other users.
- Using the platform for any illegal activities.
6. Intellectual Property
- All content on AGEMCStay (logos, text, graphics) is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or use it without permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
- AGEMCStay is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the platform.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Alipurduar, West Bengal.
